We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. I love the very small details, especially in the head.
I was about to say it looks more inspired by Wayne Barlowe, but then I remembered he does concept art for some of Del Toro's films.
I love the concept!
