I bet you're wondering "What the hell..."
Well, I'll tell you.
I'm getting a bit upset at the growing majority of women (and men too) that seem to think that being bone thin is the sexiest way a human can look. It's not true, at least not to me. Sure, skeletons are cute, I mean look at her, she's making you laugh, but come on now it's not sexy. What ever happened to the ability for us to enjoy ourselves for who we are, inside and out? Am I too old fashioned? I think so, my morals and my way of thinking are skewed, but I still lead a life that I am proud to say is mine and none others.
So why do we have to exploit ourselves to the point of malnutrition to become what others what to see in us? I see it all the time in people I talk to or people who are close to me. What is it about being so thin that is so attractive? I will never know. It's OKAY to have fat on your body, we were supposed to have it. I understand losing weight so you are healthier, hell, I did it too, I was TOO overweight and needed to do something about it, and now I'm at the point where I'm statisfied with myself, reguardless of what others think about it. I'm satisfied with the stomach I have. I have a stomach. A STOMACH! I am not afraid to admit it!
And well, before you get technical on the bone structure, I wasn't aiming to complete accuracy, so forgive any missing vertebra or something.
Edit: I was not trying to diss or make anyone hate those who are naturally thin because of metabolisitc, genetic, or other reasons. I was making a statement about those who willingly DESTROY THEMSELVES to feel better about who they are on the outside, and to be accepted by people for all the wrong reasons. I have nothing against those who are naturally thin. Please do not mistake my words.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
